Anything can happen

So much trouble in the world
So much trouble in the world

Bless my eyes this morning
Jah sun is on the rise once again
The way earthly thin's are goin'
Anything can happen.

You see men sailing on their ego trip,
Blast off on their spaceship,
Million miles from reality:
No care for you, no care for me.

So much trouble in the world;
So much trouble in the world...

Yes I.  Indeed.  Anything can happen ... and will and does.  As you know well, by now, at this time in this form in this particular go around on this spectacular Earthly plane.

Imagine, for example, what the next leaders of the multitudes of lives and lifestyles within our geography will be doing at their polished desks among all the rare antiquities surrounded by their special chosen Cabinet. Think about how they think of you - and then think about the generations to come.

Are we in agreement that it is absurd that the legal personhoods continue to flood coastal cities with waterfront development?  We wonder if the Blonde vs. Blonde voting populations also find it absurd.  I think not.  With one, we get to be subjects of the Roman Empire on Steroids, with the other, slave gladiators.  As in anything can happen perhaps nothing like what I've just described will happen. Judging by the American experience since WW2, a good bet would be no positive change, but an exponential growth of what we already have and see now - which will, naturally, unfold rapidly since this is how they already do it, momentum is increased at every opportunity and the opportunities are unlimited.  My friends, we are in uncharted territory.

UNLESS

You see it for what you always saw it, lodged in buildings built by slaves housing the slickest of the slick, where they do what they think are slick things.  These things are rarely in and nowhere near our favor because people who make rules always make rules in their favor whether they know it or not.  Their favor means anything further separating them from those who are disfavored, be it status, power, visibility or loyalties favoring all whom they perceive to be just like themselves.

To live a happy life, forget about them and enjoy JAH suns and moons. Teach the children love and compassion.  Stay with your own creativity, it never fails to keep you high and away, above the BS and free.  Keep your mind open and learning.  Stay away from judgements, instead look for the overview.

Surely there are many who sacrifice enjoying a happy life out of sheer gluttony for status, power and visibility.  They made their choices long ago and we should not expect them to change now, therefore, it is up to us to live our happy lives as best we can.  By using the term "happy life", I mean living a life in which you respect your own existence and everyone else's also.  If you have love for yourself, it radiates into everything you do, everyone you see, all species you come across, not just those with whom you are already close, but the "strangers" you frequently meet in your journey. More often than not, I am a little shocked and pleased to find new like minds where I never thought I would.  For Izzy who commented on our last post he wished it was easier to find like minds off line as it is for him online, I would think the more time you can spend offline, the more you give of yourself, you come across like minds.  Another thing that must be stated about happy lives isn't exactly Izzy's issue as he stated it, rather it is a common trait among human beings to create a pattern in the unconscious mind of just how a stranger must appear and sound in order to communicate with them.  It is extraordinarily beneficial to recognize that trait is a survival throwback to the dawn of Humankind and has virtually no basis in your mission on Earth within the Heavens.  All uncharted territory is opportunity.

Ha! Apparently I was a little hasty in my assessment. But anything can happen, and who knows what may follow.

Your assessment Izzy, was achingly honest. All of us have felt that way at some point in this internet journey. The ubiquitous popularity of social media gives truth to your original feeling. But in sticking too closely to situations where we are protected from the loneliness of others, we lose out on the positive expansion of all involved. As you say, who knows what may follow.

Epictetus " Freedom is the only worthy goal in life. It is won by disregarding things that lie beyond our control. Stop aspiring to be anything other than your own best self, for that does fall within your control "

Words to live by, Wiz!

Who would have thought our happy, free and talented hedonist was also a student of Philosophy?
And now that you reveal it, it is obvious it was always there.

People are such wonderful combinations of everything that makes them who they are.

Thank you Nina :) And this from a 16 year girl, the youngest ever to sail alone around the world: ....traces her trajectory into a much more Zen-like state that some, but not all, will recognize. By the time she is halfway around the globe, Laura is much less interested in going ashore. "I love being alone," she says. "I feel like freedom is when you're not attached to anything."

To have seen the shore, know it, and be content with that, feeling the peace of solitude :)

I know exactly how she feels.

The problem on land is that you realize afterwards it takes soloing an ocean, or oceans, to remain free. That's where the real work starts, but if you've already tasted it, you can find it again. Its always there, living inside you, but distractions get in the way if you aren't paying attention.

Most likely, you are still living in a sinkhole region, are you not? Many of those Wyoming photos can be found on google images, as well as numerous maps of hot areas of the US, of which Yellowstone is in a big red one and has been for a long time.

On the other hand, what has been happening to the water, the land, the atmosphere is very real.

But fear is no way to solve problems nor can one even understand the scope of the problem in a state of fear.

Fear coupled with its urgency to blame run the world. Blame is the common antidote to fear. Pointing fingers is the aftermath of wringing hands.

I am not the least bit fearful or wringing hands.

A great new day is coming for mankind, after the shift. Of course afterwards most likely not one bacteria of life will be left on the earth. The immense nuclear plants around the globe tell us this. There are 420 of them.

Plutonium and life does not mix well together. Of course a couple of thousands years can result in life existing here once again in sporadic areas. Earth has been led to extinction by the same crew as always.

Well, everything is up in the air. Sometimes digging. Just paddling in the dry stuff. I used to live in a quaking bog. Learned to move quiet, so as not to shake the trees. It was kind of like swimming and falling in and out. Just laying down was that heartbeat getting by in waves.

Not so different in the mountains. The ant nations are different. They merge with the others instead of warring. The misfit children use fluffy seeds to catch the wind, and head north, mostly. The jays and ravens guard that.

Everything seems to apply flying and digging to migration. It is interesting that in and out and back and forth and up and down is work that gets done.

Probably a social contract with the Tao. Probably a living clock, of sorts. Or a sustained nest.

Your observations are very interesting to me, neal. Living in the mountains really is the best way to see these wonderful things. All species have so much to teach us when we are willing to pay attention. The answers are all around us, everywhere, every day.

Thank you.

Nice links, Gentlemen.

Wizzy, I see Sandy is in freakout mode. Its a phase we all have to go through or have been through at some stage or another within the leviathan events concerning the present and future direction our global environment has taken. In that phase we get the urge to, and do, re-emphasize the situation to everyone we know. However, the result of that is more often than not, a sort of ignorant agreement, an agreement that means "Its not in my immediate priorities manual."

Most folks/friends/relatives that I might try to inform about things unfolding, and the reasons for the developments, don't believe/agree with my info, or don't want to talk about such things. If someone shows a real interest, I refer them to the info in articles at my blog and tell them even if you just read one article a day, you will learn a lot about what is going on. Nothing however is going to stop the dire trends that will make conditions for humanity ever more precarious. The momentum is unstoppable. The human mind always produces the same kinds of behaviors with each new generation, because the architecture of the mind and the myriad inputs into it are essentially still the same. The great crumbling of it all will be so very complex and variable as the years go by.

Yesterday I hiked to a new spot on Deep Creek near our home. Near sunset as I refreshed my self dipping in a pool, I heard strange sounds coming from the direction of another big pool upstream. I hiked to it to see what was going on, and found a Beaver dam. After a bit the Beaver came swimming down the pool to check me out. We eyed each other for a bit, then the Beaver turned and headed up the pool. Suddenly there was a big splash in the pool, the Beaver had slapped its tail in a territorial action to scare away invaders to its turf, in this case it was me :) The pool that was created by its dam was very long and was lined on each side by beautiful trees, reeds, cat tails, and other bright green vegetation, it was gorgeous. So I stood there on a big granite rock watching the dancing ripples on the pools surface, with the last rays of the sun warming my back, feeling the wonderful simple peace of such time :)

Rice Farmers news compilation blog site is an excellent source for info. I have been using it for many years. He used to provide information at Michael Rupert's " From The Wilderness " website.

To HSW in reference folks/friends/relatives that I might try to inform about things unfolding
From the Diamond Sutra, this passage about life,
So you should view this fleeting world—
A star at dawn, a bubble in a stream,
A flash of lightening in a summer cloud,
A flickering lamp, a phantom, and a dream.

Changing just one word, gives Steiner's quote an alternate meaning:
To truly know the world, look deeply within your own being; to truly know yourself, take real interest in that world.
