Its no gypsy fortune-telling crystal ball palm-reading magic, its all about listening to someone speaking to you and observing the way a story is presented. All of us do it already, all the time. We tend not to see it as mind reading as if clairvoyance is an impossibility. To claim such skill will put you in strange standing with your peers. But, for example, when someone is in love with you and you with them, you know what is in their mind, don't you? Vice versa for someone who dislikes you, listen well and you will find out why. Even if you don't listen, you probably already know why because of something you secretly remember you said or did that could be perceived as premeditated selfishness or at the least, thoughtless and insensitive. Another twist on mind reading is the classic sales pitch, that one is simpler isn't it. Someone presents something and you hear, or sense, between the lines what they really want you to do. Mostly they want you to bear the guilt for something they are guilty of doing to you.

At this time, we just have to ask of the multitudes wiped out by bilker Madoff, where's the real story? What was the matter with these victims, anyway? If the bailout brought home all your worst fears come to life giving a three dimensional reality to a former inside joke, of course there would emerge a Madoff, one among many, many more Madoffs, Madoffs in red suspenders, pinstriped Madoffs where money talks and nobody walks and all the other miserable Madoffs still in the closet because they've always known what it apparently took Bernie at least 30 years to admit. So why now Bernie, and why you? The people want to know. Are you a coincidence or are you a result or are you a fall guy? Its not as if you were a recluse in a witness protection program. You were well-connected, or um, ill-connected...

There is a reason third worlders still keep their dollars in the mattress and that reason happens to be the same reason there are false flag wars and forever occupations.

We've been subject to incessant harping on Madoff-gate over the past week. I hesitate to ask for more, but there seems to be under reporting in every piece. A big question isn't being addressed. What, or who, brought him forth? Who are "they", breathing down his neck? Bernie read their minds, alright. You do not deal on that level, that way, without an understanding among "friends" and without creating vast opportunities for animosity.

We can imagine how the downslide of the economy had Bernie sweating, night after sleepless night, we can imagine perhaps from the very day Subprime became another dirty word in the global vernacular that Bernie knew he was already sunk and it was an uncomfortable distraction watching the clock ticking toward that pivotal moment when he or all the others just like him would be major media headlines encircling the globe in Citizen Kane newsreels. Its a small, small world.
Exactly what was it that happened that triggered Bernie's urge to
come clean? There is no way a dangling thread here and there in the cashmere veneer could have been his defining moment, otherwise, if things were actually scrutinized earlier this would have been old news by now. Every story has a real story behind it. Elliot and Silda Spitzer certainly know about real stories. So where is the real story on Madoff? What triggered the nuclear fallout?
On the lower level, in the flat valleys of the great unwashed, unexciting masses where the little people look and wonder, we know a lot more than we care to about these things. We know each time a disaster comes around it always spawns new industries profiting from vulnerability to that particular disaster. After enough of them you can figure out why disasters happen.

And that is where I started, reading minds, sensing things - which isn't actually clairvoyance at all, its just experience.
